Located on the outskirts of Boston, the place serves what are easily the best and most authentic burritos in New England, with robust ingredients, voluptuous salsa, and a fresh and flavorful wholeness that is the result of thoughtful preparation. In fact, Tony and Blanca honed their cooking skills in Mexican restaurants for fifteen years before opening Taco Loco in 1996. They based their burrito philosophy around customization, saying that their "customers should have whatever they want, not what some chef wants to cook."
