Reader Submissions South Carolina TAQUERIA: COMMENTS: El Burrito Columbia, SC This food is great. Fresh tomatilla salsa, salsa mexicanca and an extra hot mole inspired sauce. Bowls of fresh limes, cilantro, onions and jalapenos sit on the counter ... ranchero and mariachi music are in the air. The food is always fresh and very authentic ... I think they even grow some of their vegetables in a garden next to the restaurant. Plus the staff is very friendly and nice. When I leave town this is the first place I go to when I get back. When my wife was pregnant we ate there five or six times a week.
