Proprietors Shane and Brad have done their due dilligence in establishing a true California-style taqueria just blocks
from the campus of East Carolina Univ. With their giant steamed
tortillas, succulent grilled chicken, and freshly prepared salsa,
this restaurant is quickly gaining a reputation of unparalleled taste
and a cultish following among locals and passers-through alike.
I personally love the classic taste of their bean burrito - black beans,
rice and salsa in a gooey matrix of jack cheese with just a
touch of sour cream... yes! I recently made a pilgrimage to
Mission Street, and let me tell you: FS is ready to give California
burritos a run for their dinero, and is making a name for North
Carolina burritos.
