Reader Submissions Florida Taqueria: Comments: Cactus Flower Cafe 3425 N. 12th Ave. Pensacola, FL After graduating from the Academy this May, I reported to flight school here in Pensacola, FL. Now, even the burritos at Taqueria Serrano are nothing but a fond memory. The only place that serves burritos which are edible is the Cactus Flower Cafe, located at 3425 N. 12th Ave. The burritos here aren't great.
