Burritos inspire people in many ways. It has been said that Beethoven, for example, composed his great 9th Symphony only moments after wolfing down a hefty tortilla bundle. Kafka also enjoyed burritos -- laboratory tests on original manuscripts have revealed that several conspicuous stains contain a curious mix of bean juice, sour cream, and carne asada

Burritos have also inspired poetry. We've lifted some burrito Haiku from ¡Burritos! Hot on the Trail of the Little Burro and shared it with you below. Use the form to submit your own. Get creative. Get loco, baby! Send your best burrito-inspired Haiku, sonnets, odes, limericks, whatever. We'll publish our favorites every couple of weeks. Check out the reader submissions so far.
